  • High School Athletic Director leading a team of over 40 coaches serving 600 athletes
  • High School Principal leading and coaching a staff team of 160 people serving 1500 students
  • Pastor of Family Ministries at Faith Promise Church leading & coaching a staff team of 14 that leads over 450 volunteers serving over 1,100 children, students & their families

 

Questions to Consider Regarding Customized Executive/Leadership Coaching

  1. How often do you want to receive coaching? Once a month, once every two weeks, weekly, etc
  2. Do you want to meet in person or partner through phone coaching?
  3. How long is your initial commitment to receive coaching? 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, etc.
