Chuck Carringer’s passion is to add value to people, teams, and organizations.  Chuck partners with clients through coaching, speaking, and training to help them reach their maximum potential.  He has experience leading numerous diverse teams and organizations.  Chuck was a high school educator for 24 years in roles including teacher/coach (most victories for any boys’ basketball coach in school history), Athletic Director, and Principal (during his tenure the graduation rate increased from 79% to 92% and he successfully completed a 58 million dollar construction renovation project).

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Chuck provides workshops, seminars, keynote speaking and coaching in aiding client’s personal and professional growth.

Chuck is committed to help his coaching clients achieve their potential.  His clients are entrepreneurs, business executives/professionals, non-profits, and any growth-oriented individuals/teams who desire customized coaching on leadership development, goal achievement, and work/life/family balance to help make their dreams come true.

Chuck speaks to groups of all sizes providing customized training and keynote presentations on leadership development, success principles, mentoring, teamwork, etc. He has spoken to a wide variety of groups including Oak Ridge National Lab, Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law, Leadership Oak Ridge, Young Professionals of Knoxville and Coulter & Justus, PC. Chuck hosts a monthly leadership roundtable and leadership seminar that is open to the public. In addition to coaching, speaking, and training, Chuck leads the Family Ministry team (14 staff and 450 volunteers) at Faith Promise Church (one of the fastest growing churches in America – 2005, 2009, 2010) in Knoxville, TN. His education accomplishments include a bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee and two graduate degrees from Lincoln Memorial University.

Chuck and his wife Emily have two children, Zach and Maggie.
